Construction of Campbell House at Lily Lake is now complete thanks to generous funding through BC Housing. Fourteen new affordable rental homes with support for seniors with low to moderate incomes is now a reality. Our special thanks to Spani Construction and the SCRD.

Pender Harbour Seniors Housing Society, in partnership with BC Housing, and Spani Construction are pleased to announce Campbell House is now open for rent. Construction is complete, landscaping taking root, and tenants are already enjoying this beautiful facility.
Any senior (over 55) who is thinking of downsizing and would like details is encouraged to apply now.
