Pender Harbour Seniors Housing Society, and Spani Construction are building the Campbell House on their site at Lily Lake Village. In partnership with BC Housing, the society has secured funding to complete construction.

These new homes will give seniors in Pender Harbour a safe and affordable place to live.
I’m excited for what this new building will provide to seniors in Pender Harbour, particularly those who have had a hard time finding affordable housing.
C ampbell House at Lily Lake will have a total of fourteen (14) appropriately-designed senior-sized apartments. Preliminary floor plans have been drawn and cost estimates are now being prepared after which individual unit rates will be determined on a non-profit model.
All apartments will be first-come, first-served basis. We propose to rent to seniors that need to downsize from their homes but still want to stay in the Pender Harbour area.
Campbell House will be the finest affordable seniors housing available on the coast, with first-class amenities and materials used throughout. All construction and design will adhere to Leeds v4 standards for a world class facility engineered to last and cost less to operate.
